During the COVID pandemic, there was a significant uptick in consumer adoption of curbside shopping solutions across the retail landscape. People were avoiding in-store and increasingly using alternate means for shopping and pickup.

The adult beverage category realized a lag in the percentage of share of the food basket with out-of-store shopping services. There was a clear awareness gap in helping consumers understand adult beverage items qualified for curbside shopping programs. Our team tackled the challenge of increasing consumer awareness and adoption of adult beverage out-of-store shopping.

Our Solution

Our solution was paper and digital booklets that showcased brands relevant to the trip driving season/occasion. The programming not only showcased these AB brands but also included recipes and additional Product Connections made content that correlated with the booklets’ releases providing recipes and sparking ideas.
