Our Solution

By greeting members as soon as they walked in the door, we started members’ shopping experience by showing gratitude for their loyalty, all with the potential of building basket size through the power of sampling. Providing great member service is one of Sam’s Club’s core values, and through this program, we did just that, by personally gifting full-sized samples to members.
